Founded in 2008 by Silke Niemann, our consultants have an excellent understanding of the fields we work in and an in-depth insight into the markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our head office is in Cologne with representative offices in Vienna and Zurich. Our long-standing expertise covers both stationary trade and e-commerce as well as the respective areas within the companies or a specialized industry.

We see ourselves as a boutique among the personnel consultancies because we dedicate ourselves to those companies which, for their part, pursue a social esteem with a corresponding reputation.

We are not only project managers but also people managers and support companies in the areas of executive search, recruitment and interim search projects. Each search assignment is actively managed and individually supported by the respective consultant. For the recruitment of suitable candidates our strategy, using the latest technologies, relies on our extensive database or the personal contact network with the combination of direct approach. We recognise our clients’ DNA; goals, cultures and requirements and understand the challenges involved in identifying the right personalities – from specialist up to CEO level.
